How to read this map
The premium compares off-plan AED per sq ft with recently delivered ready homes in the same area, bedroom type by bedroom type. Recently delivered means completed since 2023 or, where DLD has no completion year, registered since 2019.
Much of a gap reflects building class and payment plans, not overpayment. A negative figure can mean the off-plan homes on sale are a lower class than the ready ones. These tables list areas with at least 50 off-plan and 50 recently delivered deals this year.
