How to read this map
The map shows residential rental contracts registered with Dubai Land Department for the period you pick, new and renewed. Whole-building leases are left out, and a contract listed under several project names is counted once.
A high renewal share means more tenants are staying on. It says nothing about whether rents are rising, so read it alongside the rent map.
