Comparing the last three months with January to March 2026, like for like, Dubai prices moved -5.5%. Among areas with at least 50 comparable sales in each period, the biggest rises were in Wasl Gate (+13.9%) and International City Ph 2 & 3 (Warsan Fourth) (+10.0%). The biggest falls were in Arabian Ranches 3 (-13.6%) and Falcon City Of Wonders (-13.0%). Based on Dubai Land Department sales to 31 October 2026.
