1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DataDXB ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. DataDXB is operated from the United Arab Emirates and these terms are governed by UAE law.

2. Nature of the Platform

DataDXB is a real estate intelligence platform providing data, market insights, and deal information related to the Dubai property market. The content on DataDXB is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using DataDXB, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for lawful personal or professional purposes related to Dubai real estate research and investment. You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without written permission
  • Use the Platform to mislead, defraud, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools to access or query the Platform at scale

6. Prohibition on Scraping & Automated Access

Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of any data from DataDXB is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

This includes — but is not limited to — the use of bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, browser automation tools, or any other software that accesses the Platform other than through a standard web browser used by a human.

All data on DataDXB is proprietary and protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Related Rights, as well as UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrime. Unauthorised extraction, reproduction, or redistribution of Platform data may constitute a criminal offence under UAE Cybercrime Law, punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.

We actively monitor for automated access patterns. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to the relevant UAE authorities, including the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

7. Data Accuracy

Deal data on DataDXB is aggregated from third-party sources and market feeds. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any listing or data point. Always conduct your own due diligence before making any investment decision.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, data compilations, and code on DataDXB are the intellectual property of DataDXB and are protected under applicable UAE and international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the Platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, DataDXB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
