Why The Oasis

The Oasis is Emaar's most ambitious and unambiguously luxurious project - 3,100 villas across 100 million square feet with a floor area ratio of just 0.8. To put that in context: nearly 60% of the total land is open space, parks, and water features. It is genuinely rare at any price point in Dubai.

For investors with a 3–5 year horizon and the capital to play in this range, The Oasis has the fundamentals. Just don't confuse luxury with liquidity - the exit market is thinner at AED 10M+.
