The Oasis is Emaar's most ambitious and unambiguously luxurious project - 3,100 villas across 100 million square feet with a floor area ratio of just 0.8. To put that in context: nearly 60% of the total land is open space, parks, and water features. It is genuinely rare at any price point in Dubai.

The Oasis is the right product at the right time. Dubai's ultra-luxury segment has absorbed enormous demand from global HNW migration, and the supply of genuinely low-density villa communities at this scale is essentially zero.
